Atmospheric Advent celebration; written by Jonah.

It was Saturday 28 november. The day of Advent. Countdown to Christmas. It was the first time I partied. In the morning, Before the party started I had, Walter, Tim and Gert-Jan with Faye build an Advent circle. Faye cut branches of trees, and we made a spiral from there, in the middle of the chapel.

It resembled the Titurel logo. Also Gert-Jan stopped paper stars at certain spots in the circle. Meanwhile, Faye and Sammy had apple candles made. Moments later would start the party ...

…The hall was filled and the candles burning in the darkness of the chapel. It looked very nice.

I felt like it, and the rest of the group also. The atmosphere was good, and became even better when Ton started playing his guitar, and the first people began to walk. In the middle of Advent spiral was a large candle. Everyone walked, in turn, with an apple candle in the candle to the hand in the center of the spiral, lit his candle, and put him on a star. Each one went his own way to the candle. You could see how the people were different. Some people were silent, others very cheerful, Show made it very fur.

Personally, I found it quite a solemn moment, it felt to me as if I descended into my own soul. It was a beautiful moment and I enjoyed it.
