We are so glad Sports,nl! Written by Faye and Mijke

Faye en Mijke vonden de sportclinic die Spado op maandag 9 mei organiseerde zó leuk dat ze er allebei een stukje over schreven!

Together with accompanist Jan, schreef Faye:

“Maandag 9 may we have the entire exercise together. We have thrown a real spear and that I was very good and ver.Ik've also beaten to the ball but the javelin I was still the best. I've had a lot of fun. After exercise, we drank a nice cup of tea. I was very sweaty after working out and also had a few mosquito bites. Luckily I could after exercise in the bath.”

 

Mijke also made a nice report:

“Spado was great fun. First, we have been running and then some stretch- and stretching exercises and then the climax came: javelin-throwing. Some could very well. I found this a nice clinic to do, it was very challenging and fun. Afterwards it was sprouting and drink tea.”
