The Titurel Foundation is managed by director Katrien Muylaert. The duties and powers of the director are laid down in the *Administrative Statute of Titurel.

The Supervisory Board, chaired by Johan van de Put, supervises the policy of the Board of Directors. For the members of the Board of Trustees, the client is key; They set themselves independently and are not a final piece of the management.

Titurel has a flat organizational structure; we talk and treat each other with mutual respect and on an equal basis. Everyone is approachable and accessible; which applies to the driver but also for the members of the Supervisory Board. This accessible form of communication is not only the employees but also the residents benefit.
