In 2021 we realized at Titurel, Bieduinen estate, two new residential locations with two groups each. Within Titurel we created the opportunity to offer different living atmospheres; residential groups, each with its own character and guidance style, focused on a group of residents that is more similar.

The Cluse residential location is located in the forest, a few minutes away from the villa, the heart of Titurel. De Cluse is a residential group for 16 residents who thrive best in a quiet environment. An environment that has fewer stimuli as a basis, the pace has calmed down. Only visitors to the house – the residents – come to this place. The location is completely private property.

The residents work, when they can - for an adjusted number of half-days - on the estate or have their work elsewhere. For those who can no longer do that, Specific tailor-made activities are organized in this group. Creative activities, to cook, but also music experience, education and eurythmy... a homely atmosphere is paramount.

Bieduinenhof is the residential type in the heart of the estate, live there 16 residents. Quiet in the forest, but with the commotion that comes with the 'headquarters' of the organization, and in the future at the tearoom and the zoo. Part of the estate will eventually be opened to visitors. There will be small catering facilities in the tea room, aimed at cyclists, walkers and small groups. Hospitality, but subordinate to care.
The residents of Bieduinenhof flourish here. They like peace and quiet but are busy with their contacts and activities, sometimes also in their work, also focused on life outside Titurel. The residents give, under supervision, shape their own lives as independently as possible.
For the residents of the upper group, living and living in a group is important: that's where they find the conviviality. They find it important to eat together and also seek each other's company at other times: watching TV together, play a game or do activities.

Next to the two houses on the estate, we also have a residential location located in Hoogerheide. The Lohengrin residential group lives in a quiet street, middle of the village, close to shops and amenities. The residential area consists of four semi-detached new homes, where in total 16 residents live. The residential groups at Lohengrin also have their own atmosphere and rhythm. We distinguish the living group; a stable group of residents who consciously choose group living – living together is leading. Fun and doing activities together, is important to the residents.
The residents of the development group are the young people of Titurel, they often just came from home. The guidance is aimed at developing basic skills. Some residents can eventually move on to independent living. The residential group consists of a small group of residents who together form their own household. They are attuned to each other and become, in addition to their individual guidance, supported in cohabitation.
