The resident receives as an independent individual a place within this community: care is therefore always given on the basis of an individual support plan, in line with the individual healthcare.

The residents are supervised by a team that is associated with the provision; this team has every resident a permanent personal coach who is the contact person for the resident and his family / representative. The care coordinator also has an important role in this. The care coordinator and the personal supervisor together keep an overview of the progress of the guidance. They ensure that at least once a year, or more frequently when there is cause for, with the resident and, where applicable, with parents or representatives, an evaluation is conducted.
