Procedure risk inventory of processes

1. Target

Determining which risks are present in processes can affect the quality of care and determining measures for the identified risks.

2. Concepts

Processes

By "processes" is meant those processes that are critical for the realization of the objectives of the organization. The critical processes are described in process descriptions.

Meeting process risks

A meeting on process risks is held annually by the core team. The process risks are mapped out,  weighed and measures are taken if necessary linked:

• Risk: what can go wrong and what can the consequences be?
• Ernst (with a measure of severity if the risk arises a scale of 1 t/m 4)
• Opportunity (with a valuation option of the probability that the risk will arise a scale of 1 t/m 4)
• Serious plus kans (adding up)
• Measures: how to prevent / reduce
