Realizing the strategy and healthcare vision through determined according to a fixed cycle, implementing and evaluating policy and objectives and assessing the effectiveness of the quality management system.

Each every year, the director draws up an annual plan containing basic principles and objectives to stand.

Reports

Goals Reports
Financial 1 times per quarter with an administration employee
KPI’s 1 times a year with the Supervisory Board
Other objectives in annual plan 1 times a year with the Supervisory Board

System assessment

Annual assessment of its effectiveness quality management system by the director (effectiveness manner complaints handling, process management, healthcare outcomes, process indicators, valuation studies etc.)
